Who were the parents of Valentine Dennick?

Valentyn Denick married Barbara Moor 7 July 1778 at Albany First Dutch Reform Church.
A daughter Catherine Elizabeth was born 28 March 1779 and baptized at the Clavarack Dutch Reformed Church to Valenin Denig and Barbara Moor the sponsors were Adam Emrig and Catherine Row.
1800 Barbar Tenech was recorded in the census as follows 02000-01201-00.
1801, Oct. 29, Jacob Cooper, widower married Barbara Denogh, widow (NYG&BR,1963, pg92)
1802, May 2, Israel Day married Caty Denogh daughter of Valentine, both of New Salem (NYG&BR, 1963, pg212.)  
1807, March 30; John Denogh of Jerusalem married Catherine VanWie daughter of Isaac.  (NYG&BR, 1963, pg221)
1808, Jan. 10; Eias Dean son of Samuel of Salem maried Mary Denogh, daughter of Valentine, (NYG&BR, 1963, pg 222)
In Cast in Stone, Diane Snyder Plak, 1990, Kinship Books, "Dr. I. D. and K.D."at North Creek Methodist are beleived to be   Dr. Isreal Day and K.  

On pg. 43 is the Dennick Cemetery where Dr. Valentine Dennick 's stone reads 11.4. 1850 age 66.3.13 .  In the 1850 Census he was recorded as being born in New York State.  If the reading is correct that puts his birth year at 21 July 1784 making him 16 in 1800.
